Fall 2016

New Student OPENINGS

Thistledown Piano & Violin Studio has several spots available for new piano or violin students this fall!  Openings are available on Mondays and Thursdays.  See "Registration" tab above for exact times still available.

We are currently accepting students in 1st - 12th grade.

The fall trimester begins the week of September 12th.  Contact us soon if you are interested in lessons for your son/daughter!

Studio Calendar 2016-2017

Below you will find our studio calendar for the coming school year.  The calendar follows the West Irondequoit School calendar, with the exception of a few extra days off before Christmas break.  If you are currently registered with our studio, you will also receive a hard copy of this calendar in your lesson confirmation packet.  Confirmation packets will be sent out by Friday, August 12th. 

Please note:  We have made a change to our "Make-Up Lesson Weeks" for this coming year.  Instead of grouping three weeks at the end of the studio calendar, there will be a "Make-Up Lesson Week" at the end of each 10-week trimester.  There will be one make-up lesson allowed for each trimester. More details about this change will be included in the confirmation packets.

Summer Lessons

Consider including the Summer Session at Thistledown Piano & Violin Studio in your plan for summer activities. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate you. Summer lessons are offered at  $16 per 30 minute lesson or $22 per 45 minute lesson.

Packages available starting with a 3 lesson package all the way through to a 7 lesson package.  Please see complete details in the link below:

Free RPO Concert at Charlotte Beach

Happy Summer!

If you are looking for something musical (and free) to do tomorrow night, there is a free Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra concert at Charlotte Beach, Wednesday, July 9th @ 7:30 pm.  The weather looks like it is going to be beautiful!
